- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the efficacy of complex training intervention for junior volleyball players. It says that the study was designed to determine whether a four-week training program can improve the power capabilities of the lower limb and range of jump heights of volleyball players. Results show that the group of volleyball players experience improvements on their strength and jump performances.
