People are a common resource and equally a vital resource of all organizations no matter what they are operating, resource that provides survival, development and competitive success. Without the presence of people who know what, when and how to do, is simply impossible organizations to achieve their goals. The research conducted highlighted a wide range of factors that can contribute to motivate employees of companies by the implementation of QMS.
