Abstract
An interview with scholar and activist Sunera Thobani is presented. Thobani considers the contribution of cross-cultural passages in shaping her perspectives as an intellectual activist. She describes her involvement with the National Action Committee (NAC) on the Status of Women after her arrival in Canada in 1989. Moreover, Thobani mentions the utilization of colonialism and imperialism in her work.
