- Abstract
The article discusses the importance of establish a legal framework to address the problem of bullying in South African schools in context of the relationship and interaction between the Protection from Harassment Act 71 of 2011 and the Children's Act 38 of 2005. Topics discussed include types of bullying such as learner-on-learner bullying, aspects of physical and emotional abuse as per the definition of violence given by the World Health Organization and restorative justice to do justice.
