- Abstract
The article explores the challenges and opportunities in multigenerational health care marketing. It mentions the need for health care marketers to engage millennials and the Generation X in preventive medicine, the role of price in the health decisions of consumers and generational differences in consumer preferences in terms of the aspects of care such as medical expertise, amenities and convenience. Other factors affecting health decisions are given which include gender, location and income.
