- Abstract
The article focuses on strategies used by the Duke University Health System for the development of its website. Duke University used an interactive approach by analyzing how Internet users navigated their website, in order to make changes in the layout and design of their site. Included in the article is how the University attained and used the feedback from its users. A table is presented in the article to show how the users rated the website based on their perceived value of each component such as physician profiles and patient testimonials. The article also lists five elements to consider when creating a web site.
