- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 14-year old female with facial asymmetry and mild clicking on the left side of the jaw. The patient underwent dental panoramic tomography (DPT) which diagnosed symptomatic unilateral right sided condylar hypoplasia. It further states that no juvenile degenerative joint disease has been observed through DPT. It also discusses the importance of undertaking a radiological and orthodontic assessment of patients with facial asymmetry.
