- Abstract
The author discusses the potential use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine (ICWM) for the treatment for post-reperfusion complications in patients with coronary heart disease. He explains the importance of blood flow in microcirculation of coronary arteries in forecasting cariogenic death. According to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), coronary arterial microcirculation disturbance is caused by Xin-meridian damage and block in collaterals.
