- Abstract
The article focuses on the U.S. Constitutional laws related to free exercise of establishment clauses for regulation of employment practices and discusses a court case of alleged illegal dismissal of teacher Cheryl Perich. It informs that the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed a legal suit against employer of Perich for her termination and also discusses the ministerial exception doctrine in the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
