The article reports on the study which examines the process of control of women's leisure within the context of travel in women-only organizations. It shows found that even when men and women have the same amount of free time, women tend to feel more rushed, thus women's leisure is more fragmented and of less quality. It identifies constraints of women's leisure such as intrapersonal, interpersonal and ethics of care.
