The article focuses on underdosing of benzodiazepines in patients with status epilepticus enrolled in established status epilepticus treatment trial. Topics include use of diazepam (DZP), lorazepam (LZP), and midazolam (MDZ) for status epilepticus (SE) treatment and their failure rate range from 10% to 55%.
