- Abstract
The article review the role of minority control in the composition of the U.S. Supreme Court case Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Org and briefly survey the status of abortion rights in Minnesota's neighboring states. It mentions Minnesota stands alone in the upper Midwest as a jurisdiction offering stable legal protection of a woman's right to terminate an unwanted pregnancy.
