The article discusses the U.S. court cases related to federal laws. The cases includes David M. Meyer and Nancy R. Meyer Trust v. U.S. Bank N.A. in which the U.S. Court of Appeals (8th Circuit) rejected the defendant's request for attorney's fees; Unity Healthcare, Inc. v. County of Hennepin related to Minnesota's anti-strategic lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP) law; and Daikin Applied Americas Inc. v. Kavlico Corp. related to motion to dismiss or stay.
