- Abstract
Language is a communication tool that is most often used by humans. Arabic is the language used in the Qur'an and Hadith. In addition, Arabic is also often used in international forums, such as the United Nations (UN). Therefore, Arabic has become a necessity for anyone to master in order to communicate with the world community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the tarīqah mubāsyarah method on the Arabic speaking skills of seventh grade students at the Tahfizh Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Daarul 'Uluum Lido Bogor. The method used is quantitative research with functional correlation approach using simple linear regression technique. This research was conducted at the Tahfizh Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Daarul 'Uluum Lido Bogor. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire and the scale given to 60 students of class VI. Research data were collected using interview techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The results of data analysis resulted in a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.55 which implies that the relationship between the independent variables of the thariqah mubasyarah method (X) and students' Arabic speaking proficiency (Y) is 55% and the functional correlation significance test is calculated by It is known that tcount is smaller than table, namely 1,441 < 1,671, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence between the variables of the tarīqah mubāsyarah method on the Arabic speaking skills of seventh grade students at the Tahfizh AlQur'an Islamic Boarding School Daarul 'Uluum Lido.
