- Abstract
The effects of Ca2+, K+, Mg2+, Na+, SO²4, Cl 、NO3, HPO³4、HPO³4, PO³4 in water on the measure of arsenic were investigated by using GFAAS・ The results showed that the nitrate ion among these acid ions does not interfere with the GFAAS measurement of arsenic, and other ions had different degrees of interference・ Among these cations, Ca2+ and Mg2+ could enhance the sensitization of arsenic, while other ions had litde impact. In order to verify the improvement effect of magnesium ions, the experiment ana・ lyzed the improvement of three common magnesium salts of different concentrations, Mg(NO3)2, MgSO4, MgCl2, and found that 1 g/L Mg(NO3)2 was best. To further evaluate the precision and accuracy of GFAAS measuring arsenic ~3 g/L Ni(NO3)2-l g/L Mg(NO3)2 was used as the matrix modifier, the relative deviation was 5. 4% ~13.1%, and the recovery rate of standard addition was 86. 2% ~ 104. 8%・.
