Stem-cell laws in China fall short.
Abstract
The article reports on the issues surrounding the regulations of stem-cell treatment in China. It states that the country announced laws which require that anyone who offers stem-cell processes should present clinical data supporting their efficacy and secure health ministry's approval. However, it claims that such regulations do not include sustainable details for implementation and enforcement. It adds that the Chinese government will yet to decide whether and how to implement the guidelines.
