Title
A question of control.
Abstract
The article discusses the use of neuroactive compounds and its moral issue as a way to fight riots and domestic crises. It notes that those states that have signed the Chemical Weapons Convention and Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention are in debate over the control of nonlethal weapons. However, it suggests that life scientists should inform those involved in the debate regarding the effectiveness and safety of the nonlethal weapons.
