- Abstract
The sanctuary Rossano di Vaglio had a wider territorial function, located at the crossroads of the main communication routes of Lucania, and it was the biggest cult site known in Lucania with an extraordinary amount of votive material and inscriptions. The Archaeology of Lucanian Cult Places: Fourth Century BC to the Early Imperial Age: By Ilaria Battiloro. Future work will most likely be able to validate Battiloro's already interesting interpretation of cult places in Lucania.
