- Abstract
To effectively solve the problem of multi-attribute decision making in the optimization of residential engineering quality inspection methods, based on building an evaluation index system for measuring the implementation performance of residential engineering quality inspection methods, a decision-making model using the fuzzy Borde method and the game theory was developed. The quality inspection methods for pile foundation integrity were optimized in the actual case. Results show that the fuzzy Borda value of the low strain integrity testing is the highest, which is the optimal detection method for the integrity detection of the pile foundation in this project. The results are consistent with the actual case, which proves the operability and accuracy of the research model. This study provides a reference for the selection of quality inspection methods in the actual construction process and improves the quality of residential projects. Meanwhile, the findings helps to study the quality of residential projects to better facilitate the high-quality development of residential projects.
