- Abstract
This article, titled "Electrolyte-Gated Vertical Transistor Charge Transport Enables Photo-Switching," discusses the fabrication of ZnO-based transistors using a vertical architecture and electrolyte usage. The transistors exhibit a current-voltage relationship resulting from space-charge limited current, which can be shifted by the field-effect caused by charge accumulation. The study also demonstrates the ability of the transistors to switch current based on irradiance, similar to the field-effect.
