- Abstract
An essay is presented which discusses the Puritan president of Harvard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts Henry Dunster's opposition to the practice of infant baptism within New England's Puritan movement during the mid 17th century. An overview of the leaders of the Puritan movement's efforts to convince Dunster accept infant baptism is provided.
