- Abstract
Aiming at the problem that coil misalignment greatly affected traditional two-coil system efficiency, a three-coil structure misalignment influence on the transmission performance was analyzed. Ansoft finite element method was used to analyze the influence of repeating coil misalignment in different directions on the transmission performance of S-S magnetic coupling resonance radio energy transmission system Twenty-four misalignment models were constructed and the influence weights of each parameter were compared. The influence of secondary coil moving on system transmission efficiency was less than the combined moving of the secondary coil and repeating coil together, and the influence of lateral offset was greater than that of longitudinal offset The experimental platform was built to verify the results, which shows that the inconsistency between the experimental results and the emulation results was caused by the stray capacitance increased by the misalignment of the single side coil.
