- Abstract
The article discusses a study on molecular and ecological epidemiological analysis of Culex flavivirus (CxFV) and Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) in pigs and mosquitos in Toyama Prefecture in Japan. It informs that the study includes genetical characterization of CxFV strains from Culex pipiens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus group mosquitoes and phylogenetic analysis. The study revealed that among Culex mosquitoes, CxFV is maintained in a mosquito habitat specific.
