- Abstract
Allergens present in foodstuffs are one of the hazards which the food producer must pay special attention to. In accordance with the EU Regulation 1169/2011 on information provided to consumers food manufacturer is obliged to provide such information. The aim of the study was to analyze the information provided to consumers about the content of allergens in selected foods, both in prepacked foods that customers purchase in stores and unpackaged foods available in restaurants mainly in Grójec and its surroundings.
