Abstract
The article looks at a report published by Gatsby Foundation which found second year running, fewer teachers had moved schools or sought new jobs. It mentions uncertainty caused by COVID-19 meant that greater numbers of teachers believed that they would be teaching in 3 years' time and fewer had considered a move to teach overseas. It also mentions headteachers had continued to experience very high levels of stress and burnout during the pandemic.
