Analyzes the promoter polymorphism-1438G/A of the 5-HT[sub 2A] receptor gene in 55 children and adolescents with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and in 223 controls who exhibited a positive association between OCD and the A-allele. Difference of the genotype and allele frequencies between the groups; Characterization of OCD.
