- Abstract
The article highlights the changes in the culture and educational practice of teachers through a participatory project in an educational center. The research reveals that the participation of the educational community has generated changes in teaching methodology and culture, promoting greater student participation and the reconstruction of the teaching identity. The study is framed within the experience of a primary school in the European project NEMESIS, where the aim is to stimulate students' critical thinking and awaken their social awareness of the problems in their community. The research emphasizes the importance of collaboration between the management team, teachers, and university researchers to generate knowledge and improve educational practice.
