The author reflects on the dangers of raw milk. He argues that about a quarter of food-borne diseases in the 1930's were linked to consumption of raw milk. He suggests that those who advocate raw milk for health should learn from the experiences of previous generations. He refers to the NEHA position paper on the raw milk dangers.
