- Abstract
This article discusses the development and optimization of a virtual global health education partnership between Laquintinie Hospital in Douala, Cameroon (LHD) and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). The partnership aims to promote bidirectional knowledge exchange and mutual benefit through virtual case conferences. The conferences are conducted in English with French translation for Cameroonian participants. The partnership has utilized Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles to evaluate and improve the collaboration, focusing on shared objectives, clear communication, and bi-directional learning. The article highlights the challenges faced and strategies employed to create an equitable and sustainable partnership. Attendance and feedback from participants have shown positive outcomes, indicating the success of the partnership.
