- Abstract
The article features several discoveries of artifacts and historical sites in Amarna, Egypt. It notes that the excavation at the South Tombs Cemetery has found more tombs and grave markers including limestone stela which is approximately 30 centimeters high. It further states that the bathroom of Meretaten, queen of the eighteenth dynasty, has been restored and conserved in the Northern Palace. Furthermore, it mentions that the Amarna house inside the Amarna Visitor Centre will be reconstructed for visitors to appreciate the real scale of the city.
