- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the factors that affect caregiver burden and quality of life (QoL) in carers of patients with heart failure, published in 2013. It explores the negative and positive aspects of being an informal carer for heart failure patients. The research determined that informal carers supporting patients with heart failure face many challenges impacting their physical and mental well-being.
