- Abstract
The article offers information on the judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of NCAA u. Tarkanian, in which the Court held that the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) was not a state actor under the analysis of the state action doctrine. It informs that the Court ruled that the NCAA actions were not abided by constitutional requirements such as due process of law under the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
