The article presents a case study of a 56-year-old man with enlarging lesion on the posterior neck. Topics include fusiform cells with elongated vesicular nuclei and basophilic cytoplasm; exhibiting vascularization with arborizing telangiectases, polymorphous atypical vessels, and linear irregular vessels; and keloidal collagen with mucinous ground substance and few fibroblasts.
