- Abstract
The article focuses on the federal renewable fuel standards (RFS) of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Topic discussed include passage of the Energy Independence and Security Act (EISA), blending of renewable fuels before loading tanker trucks under the RFS, violation of the Clean Air Act by refiners, small refineries being exempted from the Energy Policy Act and EPA rules on greenhouse gases discussed in Utility Air Regulatory Group v. United States Environmental Protection Agency.
