- Abstract
In this article, the author discusses the changes and challenges faced by the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) as the president of the association. He states that most of the challenges within the association are similar to the concerns of the association in 1961, such as the attendance of law students in racially segregated schools and the lower wages of women lawyers. Moreover, he reveals TBA's plan to launch All-Access Campaign by 2012 to cope up with the current concerns in the association.
