- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 29-year-old female with Marfan syndrome (MFS) who was admitted for cesarean delivery. She had valve sparing aortic root replacement surgery due to aortic root aneurysm and was diagnosed with MFS six years ago. Preoperative echocardiography revealed a left ventricular ejection fraction. The patient showed signs of dural ectasia (DE) after administration of spinal-epidural (CSE) anesthesia.
