In the conditions of a global crisis, it is important to join the efforts of everyone to find effective solutions in every sector. By working together transnationally, the problem will have the characteristics of more countries and will be able to provide more added value for cultural, non-governmental and educational institutions. In a crisis situation, cooperation and shared experience are extremely important, so it is important to work transnationally.
