- Abstract
The article offers information on the development of 2002 Indiana laws regarding landlord-tenant relationship that create statutory obligations and provides protection to landlords and tenants against the retaliatory eviction doctrine through the Indiana courts. It dicusses the development of tenant rights and analyzes relationship between residential landlords and tenants to offer remedies in various court-initiated prohibitions on retaliatory eviction.
