- Abstract
The article presents a study regarding the distribution of benthic communities in Bathurst Channel ecosystem. The study aims to quantitatively illustrate the allotment of macroalgae and sessile animals within the channel. It says that the study is grounded on a quantitative video survey of the region that was conducted in spring of 2002. It also mentions that Bathurst Channel has an extremely distinctive marine flora and fauna that induces a high conservation value.
