- Abstract
The article focuses on the regional integration of the Caribbean region and the response of citizens in Saint Kitts and Nevis regarding the free movement of labor under the integrated system. Discussion of the economic, political, and economic objectives of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and the Caribbean Single Market and Economy (CSME) is presented. Details about the public opinion of Saint Kitts and Nevis citizens regarding the free movement of labor, awareness of CSME, and distrust of the regionalization of CARICOM are included. Recommendations for economic policies related to the free movement of labor are also included.
