The article discusses a study on the effects of methadone or acepromazine on dogs' midazolam-induced behavioral reactions. Topics covered include the use of accelerometry to measure total activity counts (TAC), a piezoelectric device, and the Kruskal-Wallis one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Also mentioned are the paradoxical behavioral reactions such as hyper-responsiveness to noise, agitation and drooling.
