- Title
LESBIAN MEDIATION.
- Authors
Walter, Betsy J.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the advantage of mediation for the visitation and custody disputes of ended lesbian relationships. It discusses the grant of the U.S. Supreme Court for the child custody to nonbiological parents, wherein they have the rights to visit their child unless they will show harm to the child. It shows that before the birth of the child, partners will secure a Living Together Agreement to avoid court procedures and they could decide for core values through the mediation.
