- Abstract
The article focuses on the model of intervention adopted by the Family Court of Australia, along with the benefits of the Family Court's program which seeks to promote justice for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander people in family law's jurisdiction. It states that the program is made to provide indigenous people with access to the Family Court's dispute resolution services. Furthermore, the so-called Working Together model has received the Australian 2000 Violence Prevention Award.
