- Abstract
The impact of employees' external prestige and organizational support perceptions on three positive organizational outcomes, namely job satisfaction, organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior, is researched in this study. Data used in the study are collected by survey method from 223 employees who work in 30 and 30+ room-boutique hotel companies in the Cappadocia region that make guests feel like "at home" and offer "personalized" service, which have "Special Facility with Tourism Operation Certificate" from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and which are nationally or internationally prestigious awardwinning enterprises. According to the results of the research; both perceived external prestige and perceived organizational support affect job satisfaction, organizational identification, organizational citizenship behavior and dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly.
