- Abstract
In this article, the author comments on the paper "Academic Talent Development and the Equity Issue in Gifted Education," by Françoys Gagné. The author highlights the argumentation of Gagné concerning the participation of students from ethnic minorities in gifted programs in the U.S. The author notes that Gagné presented other cases of talent-related ethnic disproportion or under-representation.
