- Abstract
The article discusses the study which developed Accurin polymeric nanoparticles encapsulating an Aurora b kinase inhibitor. The study reportedly involved an ion pairing approach to develop Accurins which increase the distribution of blood to tumor sites. The results revealed that Accurins can target tumors with good therapeutic index.
