The article presents a case study of an 84-year-old woman who was presented in the dermatology department with two painful lesions on the right leg for one year. Topics mentioned include the medical history of autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, and Sjögren's syndrome, the diagnosis of primary localized cutaneous nodular amyloidosis (PLCNA), and the high-frequency ultrasound (HFUS) findings with dystrophic calcification.
