- Abstract
The main aim of the current work is to present a brief study about the Freudian conception regards the feminism. It will be carried out a historical survey of the main systems of thought that have made part of western society and produced a cultural context that made possible the arising of psychoanalysis. It proves by reasoning a reflection among the main ways of thinking the feminine which were produced during history and the Freudian thought. It also makes a bibliographical survey of the works that reason over the problematic of woman in western society, above all those written by the father of psychoanalysis. It still highlights the presence of the sexual monism in almost all Freudian theory about feminism, what reveals how much the western thought was determining to the building of psychoanalytical theory.
