This article provides a critique for the Canadian television series "Bomb Girls." The author comments on the representation of working women in factories during World War II in Canada. She also examines the genre of historical fiction, into which this television program falls. A broader analysis of female characters on television since the 1970s and the rise of modern feminism is also provided.
