The article focuses on Abdul Qadeer Khan, scientist which made bombs for Pakistan and the future of nuclear nonproliferation. Topics discussed include Khan who worded at home on sensitive documents and took notes in Urdu language, damage done by Khan to international nonproliferation regime, reforms required to be made in abolition of the permanent-five veto or nuclear weapons and the U.S. General Assembly that can help restore nuclear nonproliferation when the U.S. Security Council fails.
